Easy to find. Ted met me at location. He was very friendly. The car had a lot of dings before I took the car. I took photos before and after. There was no additional damage on the car after I drove it.

Car was at the airport when we arrived, so that's the good. It smells like smoke even though Ted claims he doesn't smoke. There was a mix up with the car. After we had it for like an hour he canceled the trip because we planned to leave the state, apparently it was in the Turo contract but I didn't see it. So we had to drive back to the airport and he charged us for a whole day even though he canceled the car and we had it less than 2 hours. So beware don't try to drive it out of the state, he must be concerned that it might break down. I guess he doesn't realize that many folks rent a car to go on trips. There were no other cars available for renting when we got back to the airport. We waited around several hours. It was basically a nightmare. So beware.
Debra, I’m sorry the trip did not work out as expected. The vehicle was cleaned and inspected before pickup, and no smoke smell was present prior to the trip.
The cancellation happened because the vehicle was going to be taken out of state, which is against my trip policy. Once I became aware of that, I requested the vehicle be returned to avoid any further issues.
I always try to provide a smooth experience for every guest and appreciate the feedback.

The reservation was executed as planned. Host was late arriving to the airport with vehicle and when I tried to edit trip details, host verbally approved but the turo app would not allow it. Vehicle was clean, but smelled interesting. There were also noises when operation the vehicle.
