The car was very easy to find and very clean. The host was very clear with directions and made everything easy!

Pickup was less than ideal, very confused and ID verification process took longer than anticipated when looking back on past Turo trips. I was also stuck in the rain for 30 mins almost before being told my ID was verified and given the keys to the car. Other than that no issues car drove fine and return had 0 issue.
