The only thing that was an issue is the airport terminal does NOT have the Turo Lot Shuttle clearly marked through the terminal. It made finding the lot very difficult at first but I was blessed with a very knowledgeable airport Shuttle driver. I do suggest the host check out the airport terminals in order to give customers better instructions to find the Shuttle to the lot. I did not feel the host should lose a star for that. The host was kind and accommodating with my trip changes, and even tried to follow up with me during the trip to make sure I didn't need anything. I would like to rent from this host again. I used the same host many times as I come to DFW 3-4 times a year. Unfortunately, my host i used is no longer in the Turo rental industry. So I am unsure how to go about that thru Turo. My last host was a friend of mine and she sent me a link. I would like to know if my host would be able to offer a discount as a frequent/ semi frequent renter?

The airport shuttle signage and Turo lot access are managed by Turo/DFW and unfortunately are outside of our control. Our only concern with the trip was the noticeable smoke odor and ash residue found inside the vehicle after return. We maintain a strict no-smoking policy and cannot allow smoking in our vehicles. Otherwise, we appreciate you choosing us!
I thoroughly enjoy the rental car it was clean amd as expected. The host communicated very well and was there if I had any questions. Would definitely rent from them again!
