When you let down the driver window the passenger window lets down the breaks were making a loud noise I messaged the host upon arrival asking if they had another vehicle and I waitied outside and didn’t get a response. I had somewhere to be so I left. The second rental was better but my invoice is incorrect I’ve reached out and contacted them with no response. They have several vehicles seems like it’s difficult for them to maintain I’m huge on communication. Responding when I want to spend my money quickly but no response or communication about an incorrect invoice

Clean car, but did have. A lot of dents and scrapes on the outside of the car. Other than that really nice ride and runs smoothly!
