The overall experience with this rental was unsatisfactory. I was compelled to pay a tow truck $400 to transport me to a charging station because the vehicle was provided to me without being charged. I spent the majority of my day yesterday attempting to charge the vehicle, and I was unable to utilize it for its intended purpose. The rental company has refused to reimburse any expenses incurred during the rental period. I strongly advise against renting from these renters.
