This host was the worst experience first I booked it I had a change in my day. I requested to have a different date and waited for them to respond. They responded at 6:30pm saying I have until 7 to pick the car up. Very short notice luckily I was close to the location. In the past renting with Turo the time you pick up is the time you drop. I attempted to drop off the vehicle yesterday at 7 they said I had to drop it off at 5 or charge me a late fee which is another $124.00 which is the same price as having another day. The customer service was not great they were very rude the car was not up to par. Worst experience with Turo.
This guest booked the car for 5pm, than later on requested to pick up at 7pm
But I’m not available at that time so I rejected the request ( reservation still starts at 5pm)
Told the guests that if she wants the car she has to pick it up before 7pm ( turo gives guest 2 hours to pick car before it’s considered a no show )
The next day she wanted to return at 7pm because she picked up it at 7pm ( 2 hours late ), but the reservation started at 5pm and ends at 5pm

Everything was great! The car was clean and ran pretty good. I would definitely rent again

Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
