Five stars! This was hands-down one of my best Turo experiences. The host’s communication was excellent from the moment I booked—they were proactive, friendly, and made the pickup and drop-off process a breeze. The car was spotless and drove perfectly. I ended up needing to return the car early, and the host was incredibly accommodating and flexible with the change. It made my trip so much less stressful. Not sure how to mark my car returned at the correct time. My phone died when I arrived and I had to use my other phone for my Lyft ride. Please help if you can mark me as returned on time.
