Ok. Faint smell of smoke.

We apologize for the smoke order Margaret this was due to a previous guest that rented the vehicle right before your trip started. We tried our best to deodorize the vehicle and a expedited manner, but due to time constraints, and your trip starting very soon after the previous trip ended, weren’t able to get the smoke odor completely gone.
We strive for customer satisfaction, and we would’ve swapped you in a vehicle immediately with no hesitation!

Had to walk through parking lot looking for the car. It was not located in rear of parking lot as was I told.
Do not rent this vehicle. This car shook, rattled, and rolled down the highway. When braking, it felt like it was going to shake about. This car is very, very unsafe to drive. I thought with seeing previous preview from 2 weeks ago, problem was resolved since it was listed again!!!
Well it was not resolved and because I had to drive under speed limit, made the car shake even more. Brakes are also worn out. I returned the car on the same day I got it. Unsafe!!! Wish I can rate no star for vehicle, but have to choose. I choose 1 🌟!!!

We do our very best to stay on top of all maintenance for every vehicle in our fleet and sometimes things happen while on the road and this is something we unfortunately cannot predict. We have since had this vehicle completely inspected and serviced.
We appreciate all constructive feedback and are always looking to improve any way we can. Thank you.
Car was in unsafe conditions felt like it was rattling and breaks were bad.
