Car was left for me at a great location. Owner wanted a photo of me at the car before I could get the lockbox code. I sent the photo right when the rental was expected to start. After 5 or 6 unheeded messages through Turo and waiting in the heat for 40 minutes, I still could not get in. Eventually I figured out a way to call the vehicle owner through the Turo app. That got me the code, and the rest of the rental went smoothly. The vehicle is clean, beautiful and very well-cared for. I would definitely rent again, but I would hope to get the lockbox code before hand.

The car quality was great, but pickup location caused a lot of walking, due to not having an actual address for pickup and drop off
if they wanted me to park it in a terminal parking lot.They would just have to pay to get it out.Fortunately, they were too cheap to pay to get it out of the parking lot at the terminal.They were flying into which would have made it a lot easier.I left it at the cell phone parking lot outside the airport.This way they didn't have to pay for the park i sent i sent them the g p s i sent them the g p s court to the vehicle.It shouldn't have been that hard i sent them the g p s direc to the vehicle.
