Needed a slight alignment but drove great otherwise!
Thank you for your feedback. We take maintenance concerns seriously, so after your trip we rechecked the vehicle's alignment, which had also been inspected during a recent service. No alignment issues were found, and the vehicle continues to operate as intended. We're glad to hear the car otherwise drove great and appreciate you choosing our vehicle.

Based on your report that the concern occurred at speeds well above typical freeway travel, we conducted a thorough inspection and road test after your trip. We were unable to reproduce any shaking, vibration, or drivability issues, and the vehicle was found to be operating normally. As an added precaution, we also completed an oil change and tire rotation.
