Easy to get and car was in good shape. One little dent on door that was hardly noticeable.

The only hiccup was getting into the car. She had to remotely unlock the car and we couldn’t get ahold of her. Of course 90 degrees didn’t help and 2 hours driving ahead of us made for a tense wait. She finally responded and all was well. Everything else went smoothly for the week we had it.
We are sorry for the inconvenience. Hope to get better at these areas that wasn’t satisfactory.
