Host had good communication throughout. Car was good. Drove great. Heavy smell of marijuana that lasted throughout the week.
We appreciate you sharing this. Although we didn’t hear more after the first mention, just contact us, and we’ll take care of it. We’ll make sure the car is fresh for future trips. We take cleanliness seriously and will look into this.

Started off bad. Host told me the car was in parking garage C. There are four levels to that parking garage. Tried to contact host, wouldn't answer. After 45 minutes dragging my luggage around I found the car in short term parking.
The car is covered in dents and dings to the point it was embarrassing to drive. It was also missing all it's badges, for some reason.
Host provided some Temu dash cam that I had to take down because it was falling apart (due to a lithium battery that's about to explode) and the screen doesn't turn off, even at night. I can show you what a good, professionally installed camera looks like, of you're interested.
The side windows are tinted, if you're into that, but its so dark it made driving in inclement weather difficult and driving at night outright hazardous.
The front license plate was not mounted and I noticed, later, it is missing its NJ inspection sticker. When I tried to print a vehicle inspection record the MVC couldn't find any inspections on file. Host would not send me proof of inspection and tried to gaslight me that NJ doesn't provide any such paperwork.
There were three different brands of tires on the car. I didn't really notice until I drove in the rain and one tire always slipped whenever I started to drive into a turn from a stop.
The vehicle is fully inspected through June 2026 (sticker removed during windshield replacement, proof provided). The dash cam is an optional plug-in for safety and can be removed. The car is regularly maintained and inspected. Unfortunately, the renter abandoned the vehicle without returning the key, requiring towing. We remain committed to safe, reliable rentals and great service. Renter also drove the vehicle for 2 weeks and the day before it’s due back, mentioned these points.
