Thank you for your feedback. This vehicle is provided exactly as equipped by the manufacturer and uses USB C only. We communicated that clearly at the beginning of the reservation, including through the Turo chat, so there was time to bring a compatible cable or adapter if needed. Unfortunately, we are not able to customize a vehicle to match each guest’s personal charging cord, and we encourage guests to review the trip details carefully before raising concerns that were already disclosed.
