We respectfully disagree with this review. Our vehicles are inspected before and after every trip. After this rental, new damage to the interior trim panel was identified during our inspection, and a damage claim was submitted. The claim was based on our post-trip inspection. The statement about a "Low oil light" is also inaccurate. The guest's own dashboard photos show no oil or maintenance warning lights. We are committed to maintaining our vehicles to a high standard.
