I’m new to Turo, and this experience definitely set the bar high. The host was extremely patient, understanding, and supportive especially since this was during an important time for me (my graduation).
He made sure I was okay, stayed in communication the whole time, and went out of his way to help whenever I needed it. Even after my trip ended, he was still willing to assist, which I really appreciated.
Overall, amazing customer service and a genuinely kind person. I’d definitely recommend booking with him if you want someone reliable and easy to work with.
