The host was very communicative and responded quickly. However when we first picked up the car it had a nail in it which delayed our trip an hour. We changed it. We noticed the scratches on the bumper and heard a bit of a flap on the road. Since it's Turo we assumed the cars are inspected and ready for a loyal Turo customer. Then on our way back the bumper started making noise and we could not go over 60 mph. We had to stop and luckily we got some ties and I was able to hold it up. It was tied with zip ties but they popped and the bottom plastic of the car came off. It was missing 2 clips on the side of bumper the plastic on fender wells are missing on both sides. A 6 hour trip turned into a 10 hour trip. Also her trunk light in the back is also out. The lights in the front are also crossed which leaves a black V shape in the middle. When your driving in the highway pitch black you can't see and you have to drive with your high lights. This is a dangerous situation.
I don't like leaving bad reviews but what if it was an elderly or a pregnant women or someone who didn't know on how to fix this they would of been stuck in the side of the road.
