The shape of the car is OK, the car vibrates sometimes around 80 mph, and the front bumper was loose upon picking up the car. Other than that I am happy with the rental.

Amazing Turo trip

Great sport car and drive smoothly. I had a fantastic trip with this car. Host is communicative and check-in instruction is clear

1st of let me say the host was amazing, but the overall experience was terrible. Rented the car for a Vegas trip and 2 hours into the drive the drivers rear tire shredded and blew. I called Turo’s Roadside Assistance at 3:02pm to advise what had happen and was told it would be about 60-90 minutes for a tow truck. I was then informed that I would have to pay for the new tire and submit it to Turo for a POSSIBLE reimbursement. After waiting 90 minutes and no call back from Turo, I called the roadside assistance team again and was informed they still could not find a tow truck for me and they would escalate the issue and call me back in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later still no tow truck or callback. I proceeded to call Turo again and was informed that they still could not find someone and it had been 3 hours already. I then called the host to inform him what was going on and to advise that I was still waiting for Turo to send a tow truck. To make a long story short 6 1/2 hours later the host showed up with a spare tire since there was not one in the truck and replaced the shredded tire. After getting back on the road around 9:15pm we began to continue the drive to Vegas. At 11:30pm I got a call from the roadside assistance from Turo asking me if I still needed help because they may have found someone to come. This was over 8 hours later. I told them I was already on the road and I didn’t need them anymore, after already missing a tournament that I paid $500 for that I was suppose to be in. I am very disappointed in this trip, like I stated the host was amazing and even drove 2 hours to bring a tire for the vehicle, but being on the side of the road in the middle of they day for 6 1/2 hours while it’s 109 degrees had already cause me to have a horrible experience. On top of that the air in the vehicle did not work fully. Air barely came out of the vents and did not really provide cold air. I use to love using Turo but this experience has me looking back at rental car companies and I’m thinking of not using Turo anymore.. very disappointed with Turo as a whole at this point.
