We did have some issues with the car as when we first picked it up and anytime after it sat in the sun for some time it smelled of pee coming from the vents and had a mild puke smell at times. It was definitely unbearable after sitting in the heat for hours at a time.
It didn’t look like the car was cleaned at all prior, there was chips and food evidence under the seats which isn’t a huge deal but I felt the need mention it.
The window on the driver side fell a little here and there and sounded like scraping and squealing while rolling it down.
The window shield wipers were barely holding on by a thread, it just didn’t help much in the rain or with cleaning the windshield. At times it was significantly harder to see out of the windshield.
The skip button for the radio took turns on which days it would work or not work and sometimes it just paused the song.
The sunglasses nook in the roof of the car kept randomly coming open.
The breaks made a rough squeal noise at times and were really poor at breaking.
There was also a small bag in the back window that probably should be taken out when renting the car
But
The car does look nice despite some flaws and it held gas fairly well in my opinion.
The communication with sylvia has been good for the trip other than now but all in all the experience wasn’t the greatest for us

The items/situations pertained to only the vehicle are listed below.
1. Pickup: the pickup of the vehicle went well, however, the vehicle had a warning light on indicating lack air pressure in the tires.
The vehicle’s breaks were not smooth at all and when breaking the vehicle shakes.
2. The interior of the vehicle was not what was expected. Misplaced lower side panel and the license plate is in the dash board rather of it placed on the front of the car. Dents are consistent throughout exterior.
These items are what contributed to the rating given. The owner was communicative and responsive when questions were presented, however drivers safety was a concern and the esthetic of the vehicle was not up to par.
