Car was clean and available. Scheduling was a problem as the vehicle we did reserve was unavailable and this vehicle was booked immediately after my trip which complicated things a bit.

Clean car. Responsive to questions. Needed an adaptor for charging. They asked to be reminded (I forgot), but it would have been nice if they had remembered. The cruise control stopped working 5-10 minutes into every startup because of sensor failures which is probably related to the exciting damage to the front fender.
