The car was exactly as described, clean, well maintained, and drove perfectly. The host was friendly, responsive, and made both pickup and drop off quick and hassle free. Everything went smoothly, and I would definitely rent from this host again. Highly recommended.

The host started out fine with communication then it went down hill. The car exterior was dirty including the wheels and hub caps. I took pictures of the dirt. I've never rented a car dirty before. I've always received a car that was freshly out the car wash. But if i returned the car dirty according to policy, i know i would be charged. The car drove smooth. I was surprised a 2023 vehicle had no start stop button. It made the car seem older. Drop off was a mess. I was on time and I couldn't release the lock box to put in the key. I struggled for almost 15 of my time wasted, and at the same time I texted the host with no response. Finally after calling Turo he got back to me. My time is as valuable as anyone else's. If I were late, I know I would be charged extra.
