Pick up location was good, car was subpar because it was not clean, there was an odor and old crumbs on the floor. I swept the floors myself, the owner of the car said the car was detailed, but you could clearly see that it was not detailed at all, rental cars should not go from person to person without being cleaned because there are too many germs.

When the guest reported finding trash, we immediately requested photos so we could address the concern, but no photos or evidence were provided.
The vehicle was also returned in an untidy condition requiring additional cleaning.
We remain committed to providing every guest with a clean, well-maintained vehicle.
Car was in great condition. Comfortable ride. Host was pleasant and communicative.

The car was exactly as described, clean, well maintained, and drove perfectly. The host was friendly, responsive, and made both pickup and drop off quick and hassle free. Everything went smoothly, and I would definitely rent from this host again. Highly recommended.
