This was an exceptional rental. The Tesla was in excellent condition—clean, quiet, and a perfect ride for a Vegas trip. What really stood out was the host’s flexibility and generosity in giving me additional time, which made a huge difference. Seamless experience all around. Highly recommend.

I rented Charles’ Tesla Model 3 and had a fantastic experience from pickup to drop-off. The process was smooth, communication was great, and the car was in excellent condition overall.
The vehicle had just returned from Tesla service, and an intermittent alert for the front right restraint system appeared during the trip. This was completely out of Charles’ control, and when I let them know, they immediately reached out to Tesla to get it addressed. I really appreciated how responsive and proactive they were in handling the situation.
Overall, it was a great rental experience, and I would absolutely rent from Charles again!
