Pick up was very easy, car was clean but my lord the breaks were absolutely HORRIBLE!! I would not recommend anyone renting the vehicle unless this has been resolved. Host said it was the very loud squealing sound when breaking was because of the ceramic breaks. I’ve been in countless vehicles with ceramic breaks and never had an issue. I’m not sure if it’s a glazed pads/rotor issue, lack of lubriction causing the sound but it was more than just the sound. Breaks were absolutely not right. Didn’t feel safe or comfortable in the vehicle. I wouldn’t say I enjoyed the experience. Beautiful vehicle though. Two stars because of the safety concern.
Unfortunate to hear you didn't have a good trip. I figured the marijuana I found in the car after your trip was a sign you had a good time. Next time please If you don't feel safe or comfortable in a vehicle please exchange it as I did offer that solution when you mentioned the sounds on the first day of your trip. I had my maintenance team address the breaks the moment it was returned. Best of luck with your future trips.

Great experience with this C63S. The car was clean, powerful, and an absolute blast to drive. Host communication was smooth and pickup/drop-off was effortless. Zero stress the whole time, just pure enjoyment. Would rent again and highly recommend!
