Hey Michelle, thank you for booking with us. Regarding your review, i don’t feel the rating was warranted. We recently experienced a 30-degree temperature drop, which can trigger a low tire pressure warning. Had you notified us during your trip, we could have addressed the issue. Instead, I only learned about it after drop-off through your review, which we find disappointing. Communication would have given us the opportunity to resolve your concerns.
Jeremiah was quite helpful and professional when I arrived to pick up the car and helped me learn how to extend my trip so I could stay with my family member in the hospital. It was easy to return the car when I was ending my trip.
