Nice car. Easy enough pickup. Drop off was a bummer as the lot was out of tickets but that was the airports fault. Would recommended they don’t use air fresheners in future as car didn’t smell great due to strong artificial scented air fresheners

This was my second time renting the Toyota Crown from Bill, and once again it was an excellent experience. The car was spotless, well-maintained, and drove incredibly smooth. Everything was exactly as described.
Bill’s communication continues to be top-tier—quick, clear, and very organized. Pickup and return were easy and hassle-free, just like the first time.
It’s always reassuring to rent from a host who is consistent, professional, and reliable. Highly recommend Bill’s Premiere and I’ll definitely continue renting from him in the future.

Outstanding Host & Vehicle!
I originally booked a 2026 Toyota Crown XLE, but the night before my trip Bill reached out to let me know the vehicle was due for an oil change. He proactively upgraded me to his 2024 Toyota Crown Limited at no additional cost, which was a great surprise. The car was extremely clean, well-maintained, and rode incredibly smooth.
Communication with Bill was quick, responsive, and very organized from start to finish. Pickup and return were effortless and stress-free.
I later needed to extend my trip by two additional days, and Bill was able to accommodate the extension immediately. His responsiveness made everything easy.
Overall, this has been an awesome Turo experience. I highly recommend Bill’s Premiere and will absolutely rent from him again.
