Car quality was fair things that need to be fixed are sensor for tire pressure, windshield wipers. Host was very nice and professional. He did tell me the sensor light was broke but that kept me nervous the whole trip.

The car had a tire light in the entire trip which the host said "he didnt get around to" before this trip. The floormat is in such bad shape that it slips over the gas pedal and sticks there. The car needs an alignment so bad that the steering wheel is at a 20° angle from being straight. And to top it off, the seller charged me for gas even though I filled it up just before returning it.

Hi Darya. With only 2 hours between trips, we prioritized a deep clean and safety check over resetting the tire sensor, which had safe pressure. We inspected the car post-trip: the alignment, steering, and mats are in perfect, safe order. For fuel, Turo requires cars to be returned as received. It was given to you full but returned significantly below the Full line. We only charge for actual missing gas to be fair to the next guest. We wish you the best.
