Host and pickup location were both great. AC wasn’t the best. I think it was just because the vents were so small and didn’t blow very strong. Otherwise, good trip.

Hi Trinidad, we appreciate your feedback. However, you never reported an AC issue, even after we proactively checked in and received no response. Upon retrieving the vehicle, we noticed you had turned on the fan but had not pressed the button to turn on the AC. The AC works properly, and a simple call or message could have resolved this immediately. We cannot address concerns we are unaware of and would have appreciated the opportunity to assist before this was mentioned publicly.
The host was responsive and provided a good small car for short trips. They even changed the tires when needed.

This was an absolutely perfect car for the highway. Smooth and efficient. The hosts were so timely and friendly and when I needed to extend my trip they were more than helpful. I recommend this car and DEFINITELY this host to anyone on Turo
