The quality of the car is great, the only issue is that in the description for the car, the host needs to state it’s a hydrogen gas vehicle. I had a ton of trouble looking for a gas station on top of that it costs about $100-$200 to fill up depending on how much you’re driving. I essentially thought it was a hybrid gas car. The host was great when it came to communication but I wish I would’ve known early on that it’s a hydrogen gas vehicle.

To clarify, prior to the trip we sent a detailed message explaining that the Toyota Mirai runs exclusively on hydrogen, cannot use gasoline or be charged as an EV, and that hydrogen stations are limited. We also recommended the Hygo app to locate stations and asked that you confirm you were comfortable with hydrogen fueling before proceeding. We’re glad you otherwise enjoyed the vehicle and our communication.

Host was great, responded quickly to messages. Opportunity to clean up interior a little better and perhaps send instructions on some of the vehicle features prior to the trip as this was a hydrogen fuel type. Very pleasant host. Car rode smoothly, one down side is the anxiety of finding hydrogen stations readily available without having to check a whole different app for it. EPA stated over 400 miles mpg(e), it was more about half that, which is concerning with the fuel stations being so spread out. Make sure you get familiar with finding these stations!
