Car pick up went smoothly, we were able to find the car easily, but when we opened the door the car smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and we had to drive with the windows down for most of the trip due to the smell to air the car out. The car screen would also not stay on the same screen and would jump to different screens randomly. When I brought up about the smoke smell I was told after pick up that there was no smoke smell present, probably because we aired out the car the whole trip with us having the windows down in 90 degree heat. The car itself drove very nicely, but most everything else was very disappointing.

Hello. We didn’t smell any smoking in the car before and after the trip. This car also hasn’t have any smoke smell reports.

The car drives good but the radio would go in and out and automatically change to different media. Also input a claim due to flat tire and have not received anything about reimbursement.

Car was clean and drove well. The tire pressure light was on from pick up so I had to get air and figure out how to reset the system. Some issues with nav/entertainment system as well.
