This cancelation was needed as there was a burned-out headlight socket and the dealer could not obtain the replacement part in time. The guest was informed days in advance and was able to secure another vehicle. Cancelation was done as soon as it was apparent the Mercedes dealership was unable to obtain the part in time for the Guest. The Guest was very understanding.
The car is great. The host is very accommodating and friendly. Easy to pickup and drop off. Highly recommend!!

The car was so much fun to drive. Clean with zero issues. Pickup was super easy and communication with Chuck was fabulous. Will rent again in the future for that “whimsical Smart feeling”
