The car was clean and smelled good. It was easy to access. Owner did communicate when there was a delay before pickup. Unfortunately the look of the car was not as they were expected. The car was supposed to be use for Prom send off and pictures. Did not use vehicle due to scratches on exterior and a big rust spot on passenger side. The interior seats are damaged. And

This is one of our more budget-friendly vehicles and priced accordingly, though we understand your concerns. We were never informed of these issues during the trip, or we would’ve gladly swapped you into another vehicle or addressed them right away. We also apologize again for the delayed pickup caused by the previous guest not returning the vehicle.
