Nurettin is, without question, the best Turo host I’ve ever rented from. He was professional, responsive, incredibly accommodating, and genuinely kind throughout the entire rental.
What meant the most to me was his generosity. My return time was 9:00 AM, yet he offered to let me bring the car back at noon just to make things easier on me. Most hosts would understandably charge late fees after a short grace period, but he didn’t. That small gesture of understanding made a much bigger impact than he probably realized.
I’m going through a difficult season financially, and while that’s not something I expect anyone else to carry, simple acts of kindness like his can make all the difference. He showed me grace when he didn’t have to, and that’s something I’ll never forget.
The Tesla was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described, but what truly made this rental exceptional was Nurettin himself. He treats people with fairness, patience, and respect, and that’s becoming harder to find these days.
I would rent from him again without hesitation and recommend him to anyone looking for an outstanding Turo experience. Thank you, Nurettin. Your generosity and kindness left a lasting impression on me, and I hope this review encourages many more people to rent from you.
