I do want to clarify something for you. On Turo’s website, the CVG pickup and drop‑off option is available, and you selected your location. It isn’t fair to place that responsibility on me afterward.
Changing the location requires coordination and cost, confirming 2 drivers, covering parking fees, arranging payment, and ensuring the change follows Turo policies. It takes preparation and can’t always be done last‑minute.
The host was very responsive. The car was clean and ready when scheduled
