I contacted the customer to explain the issue: "The temporary tag had expired because the dealer failed to process and ship the paperwork on time". I offered a swap and was fully prepared to provide another vehicle. Unfortunately, the customer did not want to swap, and had no choice but to cancel.

I contacted the guest several days before the trip to arrange a required vehicle swap. The temporary tag had expired because the dealer did not process and ship the paperwork on time. The guest read all messages but did not respond. I even brought an alternate vehicle to the guest’s location and waited for a reply. Without a response, I couldn’t complete the swap by myself and had no choice but to cancel at that time.

Rented this vehicle for a 2nd time and the experience was just a good as the 1st one. Cincinnati really needs to do something with their roads. TERRIBLE! But this car handled it very well. And Host was very clear with directions and communicated well. Very clean smooth riding car. Would rent ANYTIME 👍

Pick up was very smooth. Great communication, and with the way these Cincinnati roads are, this car rides GREAT! My regular car back home would not have made it. Pot hole after pot hole but this car ran very smoothly and great through it all.
Casey was an excellent guest from start to finish. Communication was smooth, respectful, and timely throughout the entire trip. He took great care of the vehicle and returned it clean and in perfect condition. I truly appreciate how attentive and responsible he was, and it was a pleasure hosting him.
I would gladly welcome Casey back anytime. Highly recommended to all hosts.
