Very clean, no issue with pick up or drop off. Dealt with my many changes happily and communication was on point and very fast. I use Turo a lot and will definitely use him again.

I contacted the customer to explain the issue: "The temporary tag had expired because the dealer failed to process and ship the paperwork on time". I offered a swap and was fully prepared to provide another vehicle. Unfortunately, the customer did not want to swap, and had no choice but to cancel.
