Host communication is Fantastic - before, during, after
No issues, all features worked, car charger worked, and luckily there was already a really nice phone holder in the vehicle!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

It took me a long time to find the car. He didn't say where in the parking lot it was. Check engine light came on. Host said he knew about that. Other than that it was ok. Dropped it off at 4AM.

Booking was relatively easy. The car was dropped off for me in advance and everything was smooth sailing from there. Outside of a lingering smell of smoke (not terribly concerning for me but it was enough to be problematic for someone sensitive to it like my wife), the car was very clean and comfortabke. Overall very happy with the renting experience from Jay!

My apologies. I’ve asked several other people to ride in the vehicle since, and none have noticed any smells. Nevertheless I’ll have it shampooed again.
