This is the worst car I ever rented from turo. Brakes are bad they go to the floor and squick, the gas tank doesnt open, the truck is hard to close, it smelled like a salvage car, the steering wheel makes a weird sound. Etc... needless to say I didn't drive it for what I needed it for. It's not a safe vehicle.

We’re sorry you were disappointed. This vehicle was inspected before the trip, and no safety or mechanical issues were found. The vehicle is accurately listed as a compact Mitsubishi Mirage, not a luxury car. No safety concerns were reported during the trip, so we had no opportunity to inspect or address any issue. We also performed a live diagnostic during the trip, and no faults or issues were detected. We take our guests’ safety very seriously.

I strongly disagree with this review. The car was delivered in safe and properly maintained condition with no known issues. This is an economy compact vehicle, not a luxury or large car. The complaint appears to be about preference, not the actual condition of the vehicle.
