The host and pickup location were great! I had a little trouble navigating the airport for pickup, but the host was kind enough to meet me in a convenient spot. My only semi complaint about the car would be the set in cigarette smoke coming from the cloth interior. I tried to lesson the smell with ozium spray, which helped a little. All in all, this was a great first trip using Turo.
