This is one of the BEST rentals I’ve had on Turo. Host was always responsive she checked on us randomly through out our trip which I felt went over and beyond GREAT customer service. Drove to Ohio for graduation car drives was amazing, very smooth and quiet. This Hyundai smelled like a brand new detailed car! . No issues at all. Over all the best rental you will find on Turo. Location was convenient and pick up/ drop off was a great I will definitely be back. Thank you

The car quality was not pleasant at all. The car smelled like someone had been smoking in it and also had a bad stitch. The driver's side door panel was loose and something was loose and kept flapping under the car. I messaged the owner the owner to let them know at first they were responsive they said they would check it when I dropped it off...no resolve. As I kept drive what ever was flapping under the car ai thought it seemed to have fallen off but later noticed it didn't. It was only loose but I had someone following me and they said that small pieces of it was falling off at a time. This was very unsettling especially since I was going to go out of town for my family reunion and couldn't. That's the only reason Ai got this vehicle because it wasn't the typical 600 miles like everyone else it was 800. I will never rent f4om this person again.
