I had a great experience with this host. The car was perfect for the majority of my trip. Near the end of my rental, I ran into some unexpected trouble with the vehicle. I contacted the host, and they were incredibly understanding and cooperative. They swapped it out for another car immediately so I could finish my trip without stress. Exceptional service!
