This was our first encounter with Turo and probably will be our last.
We were not notified that the car was 3 miles away from the airport until we arrived. Major inconvenience.
The car was adequate at best. 115,000 miles, the tinting on the rear window was bubbled and you couldn’t see through it, and it had some rattles. The phone charger plug didn’t work. Finally found a connection in the glove box that looked very makeshift. The heater didn’t work so it took a while to defrost the windshield. I would rate the car as a fair high school students first car.
