We almost gave up and decided to cancel our trip after realizing one of the tires was losing air, but Dragon was very helpful and supportive. He discovered there had been a nail in the tire and he immediately took it to get changed. Came back within 30 minutes and that was enough incentive for us to continue the rental. The rest of the rental went very smoothly. We would definitely rent from him again!
