First time driving this kind of vehicle. Was pleasantly surprised how well and smooth it drove. I went to visit my daughter at college in SF & it handled very well. Great on gas! David was quick to communicate and respond with most of his msgs being auto generated, he had provided info before I ever needed to ask. I extended my trip by a few hours last minute and he approved it. I would definitely rent from him again!

The check out was easy with David, but the car does need an alignment I was afraid on my local highway at times staying below the speed limit. The location of pick up and drop off was 25 minutes from my home so it was out far from my area but that’s fine I made it work
I’m sorry you felt the car needed an alignment. I went ahead and checked it myself and also had a mechanic inspect it. Everything is within normal specs. Regarding the location, Turo shows the exact pickup area before a trip is booked. I always keep my location consistent so guests can decide if it works for them before confirming. I understand it might feel a bit far depending on where you’re driving from but since the address is always listed upfront, the distance shouldn’t come as a surprise.
