Host was super kind , pic up & drop off was very easy . Needed to extent my trip host was super nice . I would recommend buy an aux cord . They are about 10 bucks a target . Hope this helps .!

Easy pickup, easy drop. Had to extend our trip last minute and it was no problem. Maggie was so helpful!

Pick up was good. The car charger ports do not work though, so we were phoneless for 5 hours and $20 wasted buying chargers that were supposed to work but didn’t.
