Car was fantastic and pickup was good. Communication with the host was wonderful and response time is excellent. Had an issue with the air conditioning on the previous rental and the host gladly exchanged to another similar model vehicle. The pickup and return instructions was clear and precise. This is my second back to back rentals with Turo and am satisfied with Turo. On the way to Picking up another Turo
