Once booking is scheduled we will clean, sterilize and disinfect the interior of our cars thoroughly with antibacterial cleaning products. We also ask that, to the best of your ability, please follow proper hygiene and keep our cars clean to protect both yourself and future renters. ***Thank you!!*** Conveniently close to the heart of Silicon Valley and less than a mile away to the 880/680 freeway, our locations make it real easy to pick up. It’s even easier if you're traveling by BART or getting dropped off by an Uber or Lyft. Whether you're renting for a vacation, or need a daily commuter, our cars can get the job done. Our cars are cleaned both inside and outside as long as we are given sufficient notice, and they are to be returned in the same condition as they were checked out in. If the car is significantly dirtier that it was at check out, you will be charged a cleaning fee. Also when dropping off the car, please return with the same amount of gasoline or you will be charged a gas fee. Please no smoking inside the car. Smoking is prohibited and you will be fined through Turo if the policies are violated. Please do your best to be on time for pick-up and drop-off. Also please keep in mind that picking up the car late doesn’t mean you can return the car late also. The car is due back no later past the listed Turo time. This is to protect you as insurance is covered during rental period only. However we are flexible so if the case arises that you are late to pick up or drop off, just let us know through Turo messages and we can work something out through the Turo app and modify the trip through Turo to avoid late fees. An additional thing to note, it is against Turo Policy to use Turo cars to learn how to drive or practice driving manual transmission. You are responsible for any tickets or violations during the course of the trip. Also please check for your personal belongings before check out to prevent leaving anything behind!
