There was steering issue. I had my newborn and toddlers inside. I have postpartum anxiety from this. The host said it was normal then gave me 2 options keep the vehicle or get a replacement. I opted for swap as I didn’t feel safe. I should have just cancelled as I our trip was cancelled due to reservations starting late. We stayed in the city and I had severe anxiety driving a BMW in hot weather.
This guest wanted a newer car and wanted to keep the car for longer hours so she made a story about this. The Turo’s tracker clearly showed she drove everywhere and didn’t even put gas back in.
No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
