The communication was easy and clear. The quality of the car was good, drove more then 2500 miles and had no issue during my trip. Thanks!

The quality of the car was OK had a couple of scrapes and the bumper was popping out which was unexpected was sitting idle for about 10 minutes in the car battery died. Had to call AAA and the tire light stayed on the whole trip even after checking air.

Car was not as shown in the pictures was damaged everywhere on the vehicle from being crashed to side swipes all over the car. Car was not properly maintained as the tire pressure light was on entire trip with the car, parts not properly maintained and kept as bumpers were not mounted correctly causing front bumper to be pushed into place multiple times and while driving on the highway we lose the rear bumper. Things like this don’t happen to normal cars this was an auction special or collision special car that should have never been able to be rented. Now owner wants to charge me for their laziness that’s not my responsibility stay far from these people as they are out too take your money for their laziness. Zero stars if possible worst Turo experience ever!!!!
