Sammi is a great host with excellent communication, and the whole transaction felt safe and smooth. The pickup location is in a very safe area.
The car serves its purpose well as reliable transportation. Don’t expect anything luxurious—it’s simply a functional vehicle. It was clean when I picked it up, although the cleaning wasn’t perfect. The air conditioning takes a little while to cool the car down, which, during California’s summer heat, can mean dealing with the heat for a bit. On the plus side, the car is very fuel-efficient.
Overall, I’m very happy with Sammi’s service and with the car’s functionality. In the end, the rental cost was very low, and I think it offers excellent value for the price.
