Great rental overall! The car was clean, drove well, and matched the listing. Being a Tesla owner myself . Driving the plaid made it hard to go back to mine lol. But the host was friendly and responsive! Very nice fleet of other cars as well to match your needs ! Will be renting this plaid again .

Worst Turo experience I’ve had. The vehicle became completely inoperable during our trip and left us stranded in Las Vegas, over 300 miles away from Los Angeles. Instead of taking ownership of the situation or providing meaningful help, the host left us to handle everything ourselves while we were stuck far from the original pickup location.
Because of this breakdown, we lost a very valuable day of our trip, had to cancel our planned Grand Canyon visit, and spent over $500 out of pocket just to get back to Los Angeles after the car became unusable. What should have been one of the highlights of our trip turned into a stressful and expensive mess.
To make matters worse, the host initially tried to place the blame on me. However, after Turo investigated the vehicle logs and the electrical failure, they confirmed that I was not responsible for the battery drain or the roadside issue, and they also voided the roadside/towing charges that had been incorrectly placed on my account.
When a guest is stranded hundreds of miles away because the host’s vehicle becomes inoperable, I would expect real support and accountability. Unfortunately, that was not the level of support we received.
