Car was available when scheduled it was clean and fuel tank was full, low tire pressure sensor was on but filled up the tires to appropriate psi and still was showing low pressure but maybe just a missing sensor in a tire it happened to my car when replacing a tire the repair shop broke it off by accident, but overall the car drives well smooth suspension and AC works well specially during these hot days. The host communicates via text or call very responsive, picked up the car early after 6am on a Sunday for an emergency and glad to have found this option Highly recommend leasing from Khanh!! Thank you!!!

Host was easy to work with. Alternate vehicle was given just days before the trip and I was not happy with the condition of the car provided, so I contacted the host and he offered adjustments, which I accepted.

The air-conditioning went out on the car on the way to Arizona and it was a nightmare trip

Occasionally, an A/C issue can unexpectedly occur during a trip with any vehicle. A reasonable approach would have been to contact the host immediately so we could arrange a replacement vehicle or send a mobile mechanic to troubleshoot the issue. Instead, the vehicle continued to be used for the entire trip, followed by a refund request and a negative review after the reservation ended
Picking up the car and dropping off was so convenient. I needed both times to be later in the evening and lucky for me that option was available! The car was great and Khanh was nice enough to let me keep it one extra day. 10/10 would rent again :)

Car was great, pick up/drop off super smooth and Khanh is an amazing host! Went above and beyond after I had issues with one of his other cars I had booked, because the catalytic converter got stolen. 5 Star experience!
