Pickup was rushed, and the host was late. After returning the vehicle, a damage claim was filed that I dispute. I recommend future renters thoroughly document the vehicle with detailed photos and videos before leaving the pickup location.

Customer completely damaged our rear trunk… left a deep scratch. Sadly renter denied this even though we had pre and post trip photos showing it was new damage. Renter was very rude and condescending. I would urge all other hosts to not rent with this individual. Customer will make up false claims and deny doing damage to your vehicle.
